All orders take up to 24 hours to process, sometimes longer during peak season or during weekends. Once processed and confirmed an estimated ship date will be provided. We will not process any orders that cannot have your dress delivered for your wear date. If we feel it could arrive with upgraded shipping, you will be contacted with that option. Dresses typically ship within 2 business days. During peak season, some designers may take up to 4 business days to get an item out. If you would like to upgrade shipping, please contact our store and we would be happy to help.
We offer free ground shipping on dresses over $150, to the 48 contiguous states. If you would like to upgrade shipping or would like a package shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada please call our store at (509)323-9155 for pricing and options.
We ship to all 50 states. At this time free shipping is not offered to Alaska or Hawaii. We cannot ship to PO boxes. Signature is not required, unless UPS or Fed Ex deems it necessary. A customer can request a “signature required” for an additional $5. Please note: the designer Jovani requires adult signature on all of their drop ship packages.
What happens if my dress arrives damaged?
If you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us within 2 days to request a Return Authorization. If needed we will ask that you please provide photos of the damage. Upon approval we will issue you a shipping label to ship the dress back and a replacement dress will be sent. If a replacement dress is not available we will happily help you find a new dress or issue you a store credit or refund.
