Frequently Asked Questions

Sure! We would be happy to take your order by phone. Please call (509)323-9155 during business hours or leave a message, if we are busy a stylist will call you back as soon as possible to help you with your order.

We have many styles in our store ready to ship. However, some styles are subject to availability and have a predetermined ship date. Customer service will contact you after your order is placed and will not process your order if your dress is not available before your wear date. Please ensure your wear date is accurate when placing your order.

We are an authorized dealer for the designers on our website. You can also find us located on the designers "where to buy" or "store locator" section of their website.

Order your dress sooner than later! Stock availability changes daily and designers can move around and adjust potential ship dates. You also need to consider allowing time for alterations.

Here is how to get your dress measurements:

Stand up straight with your feet together and lift arms out to the side.

Make sure the tape is level when measuring and not slagging on the sides or back.

Wear clothing that isn't too bulky.

Measuring Your Bust:

Pull the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust and around your back. Pull snug but not so tight you are cutting in to the body.

Measuring Your Waist:

Pull the tape around the smallest part of your waist (if you bend to the side it's where you crease). Typically an inch or so above your belly button.

Measuring Your Hips:

Use the tape to measure around the fullest part of the butt.

Helpful hints:

*When selecting your size use your largest measurement to pick the size and have the rest of the dress altered to fit.

*If you measure between sizes we recommend going up a size. Gowns can be taken in but not always let out.

*Every dress designer has their own size chart.

Our designers each have their own size chart with specific pre determined measurements and sizing guidelines.  They do not accommodate custom made requests.  We advise having a seamstress available for necessary adjustments.

From the collar bone to the bottom of the hem, long dresses are an average of 57"-60" and short dresses are an average of 27"-33".
